We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, images, compatibility details, and delivery information accurate. Software products may require compatible hardware, an operating system, a DAW, an internet connection, a publisher account, or third-party activation. Review the product page before ordering.

Prices and currency are shown on the product page and checkout. Applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges are shown before the order is submitted. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors and will contact you if an error materially affects an order.

Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorize the applicable provider to charge the amount shown in the final order summary.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may cancel or decline an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, listing error, unavailable licensing, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.

Digital products are delivered electronically under the Delivery Policy after a valid hardware-ID file has been received and verified. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address, maintaining access to it, and submitting a correct, readable hardware-ID file when requested.

Software is licensed, not sold, and may be subject to a publisher's separate EULA. Your use must comply with the publisher's license, activation, account, installation, and transfer rules. If these Terms conflict with a publisher EULA about the licensed software itself, the publisher EULA controls that software use.

Refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Product-specific terms shown before purchase also apply when they are consistent with that policy and applicable law.

You may not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with the service, bypass security, impersonate another person or business, infringe intellectual-property rights, or access products or accounts without authorization.

The website, original text, design, logos, and other Daw Cart Business materials are owned by or licensed to us. Product names, logos, screenshots, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not imply sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Checkout, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, hosting, download management, and product activation may involve third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and non-product content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every product will meet an individual creative preference or work with hardware, software, or a workflow that is not listed as supported.

To the extent permitted by law, Daw Cart Business will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from website use or a purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version in effect when you place an order governs that purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Daw Cart Business's operations, without excluding consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
